PRODUCTS & SCENARIOS

We supply hotel keypad and electronic locks, sauna fingerprint / keypad / proximity locks, thermally broken aluminum locks, interior door locks, and security-door electronic or keypad locks. Browse the product catalog, or share your door type and use case—we will recommend matching models.

Depending on the series, options include fingerprint, keypad PIN, RFID card, mobile app, mechanical key, and proximity sensing. Hotel projects commonly use card + app; home and apartment projects typically use fingerprint + PIN + app.

Yes. Share door thickness, door material (wood, aluminum, or steel), order quantity, and destination country. We will recommend 2–3 suitable series for hotels, apartments, homes, commercial doors, or sauna facilities. For multi-site projects, we can also suggest spare quantities if you place a separate parts order.

App platform support depends on the model series (for example Tuya, TTLock, or hotel management systems where applicable). Tell us your target models or project type, and we will confirm the compatible app options.

OEM / ODM

Yes. We offer laser-engraved or screen-printed logos, custom finishes, app branding where applicable, and branded retail boxes, manuals, and labels for distributors and brand owners.

Common options include appearance and finish, logo, packaging, manuals, and selected firmware or access-mode combinations. Deeper ODM changes—such as new housing tooling or features—are reviewed case by case. Feasibility, tooling cost, and timeline are confirmed before production.

Sample orders start from 10 pcs. Standard stock models (no custom logo, factory packaging) start from 50 pcs.

ORDERING & LEAD TIMES

Send your target models (or door photos), quantity, destination country, preferred Incoterms, and branding needs via Contact Us. The more detail you share, the faster we can quote accurately.

In-stock samples ship quickly. Standard catalog models typically take about 7 days. Customized orders—including logo screen printing, material preparation, assembly/QC, and custom packaging—usually take about 15–25 days, depending on quantity. After order details are confirmed, we will confirm the exact delivery date.

Yes. Samples are charged. The sample fee can be deducted from a later bulk order. Sample freight is paid by the buyer.

CERTIFICATION & COMPLIANCE

Yes. CE, FCC, and RoHS certificates are available for relevant models. You can download the certificate pack from our Downloads page.

Yes. Tell us your destination country or region (for example EU, North America, Middle East, or Southeast Asia). We will advise on available certificates, labeling, and export documents needed for customs and local compliance checks.

SHIPPING & INCOTERMS

We ship by sea, air, and express. Common Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, and CIF are available—please state your preferred terms when requesting a quote.

Standard export documents include commercial invoice, packing list, and shipping documents (for example B/L or AWB, depending on the freight mode). Certificate of Origin and other documents can be arranged when required for your destination.

Both are available. Retail sets suit distributors and brand shelves; bulk/project packing suits hotel and contractor rollouts. Confirm your preferred packing style on the PI.

AFTER-SALES & WARRANTY

Yes. Spare parts are available as a separate order. Each shipment is packed to the ordered quantity only and does not include complimentary extras.

The complete lock is covered by a 1-year warranty. During this period, manufacturing defects are eligible for free factory repair and part replacement. Damage caused by misuse is not covered. If a quality defect or missing accessory is found before installation, round-trip freight is for the buyer’s account.
